It is the intention of the Office of Institutional Advancement to execute all service requests with efficiency and with excellence. It is also our desire to provide the absolute highest level of customer service. In order to do so, the team requires ample information and lead time. Also, it is important to note that deadlines may shift (and I.A. will alert you to changes) should emergency situations arise.
Please allow at minimum 30 Days to execute project requests.
Grants, news release and graphic design projects will likely take longer, but timeframes will be negotiated with the I.A. Team point of contact.
