Request a WebEx Meeting/Session

If you are requesting a WebEx session as a faculty member to use with students:
Please email the request to Blackboard Support: pdc_Blackboard_Support@pdc.edu

The request MUST include the following:

  • Who will the Host of the meeting be (you?)
  • Date/time of the WebEx
  • Expected length of the WebEx
  • Do you wish to require a password to enter the session?

If you are a PDCCC employee requesting a WebEx session to be used other than with students:
Please email the request to Helpdesk: pdc_helpdesk@pdc.edu

The request MUST include the following:

Once the session has been setup, you will receive an email to share with the people that you wish to invite to your session. Please forward that information to the appropriate attendees.
