Depression is as real and as serious a disease as diabetes or heart disease. It results from chemical changes in the brain. Like many illnesses, it tends to run in families. No matter how bad you fell now, treatment can help you find happiness and feel like yourself again. The first steps are recognizing the disease and accepting the fact that you may need professional help. Join us on October 10 for a depression screening and the opportunity to discuss the results with a mental health professional.
