Paul D. Camp Community College Salutes Veterans in Musical Tribute

The 392nd Army Band from Fort Lee, Virginia entertained an intimate audience at the Regional Workforce Development Center on November 8, 2013 to pay tribute to local veterans. The four-piece brass group of musician preformed a captivating repertoire of music with a special patriotic set. Dr. MeChelle Blunt, Student Activities Coordinator, reported that the performance was excellent and well received by guest in attendance. The band has agreed to return to offer additional performances. Blunt said, “Veterans are special people. We appreciate them for their heroic service and were honored to celebrate with them in recognition of Veterans Day.”
Standing with the 392nd Army Band are Dr. Paul Conco, President Dr. Tara Brady-Adkins, Vice President for Student Services and Dr. MeChelle Blunt, Student Activities Coordinator.
