PDCCC Office of Student Activities presents the Hurrah Players

The Hurrah Players, Inc., Virginia’s Leading Family Theatre Company, will be presented in concert on April 24, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Regional Workforce Development Center. The group’s performance will feature hits from Broadway. Dr. MeChelle Blunt, Coordinator for Student Activities, says that “bringing a group of this caliber helps to raise cultural awareness and broadens our community’s appreciation toward the arts. Music is a universal language that fosters unity and pleasure.” Blunt hopes that families, churches, schools and community groups will join PDCCC’s faculty, staff and student body in support of the concert.

The Hurrah Players is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization committed to inspire and empower the Hampton Roads community through affordable, professional quality musical theatre education and family friendly entertainment. The performance is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served. For additional information, contact the office of student activities at 757.569.6767.
