PDCCC Plans Partnership to Honor National Hispanic Heritage Month

~Lecture will take place Oct. 15, 2013~

Paul D. Camp Community College is partnering with the Hampton Roads Hispanic Chamber of Commerce to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15- Oct.15).
Mr. Jaime Baron, HRHCC Vice President, will conduct a lecture on Tuesday, Oct. 15, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., at the Regional Workforce Development Center’s Technology Theater.
“Paul D. Camp Community College wants to ensure recognition of our very diverse audiences,” said Felicia Blow, Vice President for Institutional Advancement. “Mr. Baron is a noted leader who will share the HRHCC’s perspectives on immigration reform and diversity.”
The Hampton Roads Hispanic Chamber of Commerce began in 2003 as the Peninsula Tidewater Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. The organization’s focus is to promote business and serves as advocate to the Hampton Roads Hispanic community, its activities and programs.
