Self Defense for Adults (Tuesdays October 22 – November 26)

“Self Defense for Adults” will be taught by Master Barrett Crook on Tuesdays, Oct. 22-Nov. 26, from 7:15-8:30 p.m. at Paul D. Camp Community College’s Regional Workforce Development Center, 100 North College Drive. The cost for PDCCC students and employees is $30 for the six-week session. Participants will learn about crime awareness and prevention, including instructions in striking, grappling, pressure points, joint manipulation, and evasion techniques against an armed and unarmed assailant.
