This Dealer-operator course will take you from establishing the dealership under local zoning and Dealer Board requirements through the sales process with its multitude of forms, laws and regulations, into a sampling of opening and operating expenses, and will include a discussion on ethics. The path of a Dealer-operator license begins with this course.
This course will benefit existing dealers and their employees and will help participants prepare for the course test and the final exam. Dealer /operators of new independent motor vehicle dealerships are required to successfully complete this course before they will be allowed to take the independent dealer operator qualification test at any Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles Customer Service Center.
Pre-registration is required.Students must bring a calculator to class.
