How To Register For A Workforce Class

The first step in registering for a Workforce Development course is by becoming a student at Paul D. Camp Community College.

Apply Online (New & Returning) – Credit Courses:

  1. Complete our online application. Under “What type of classes will you be enrolling in”, you will choose credit and under “What term do you plan to attend classes,” choose the correct term dates.
  2. Once you complete the online application, you will receive a student identification number called an “empl” id. You will need your empl id in order to register for our credit courses.
  3. Call the Workforce Development Office (757.569.6050) with your empl id to register for the credit class(es).
  4. Tuition payment is due at time of registration. The College accepts Mastercard, VISA, money orders, checks and cash.

Apply Mail/Fax/Email – Credit Courses

  1. Print the PDCCC Credit Application.
  2. Complete the application ((5 pages).
  3. Mail, fax or email to the Workforce Development Office.
  4. If you choose to mail the application, please include a check or money order payable to PDCCC.
  5. If you choose to fax or email, please call the Workforce Development Office (757.569.6050) to confirm receipt of the application and to provide payment.
  6. Tuition payment is due at time of registration. The College accepts Mastercard, VISA, money orders, checks and cash.

Apply Online for New Students – Non-Credit Courses
(if you are a returning student, please call the Workforce Development Office (569-6050).

  1. Complete our online application. Under “What type of classes will you be enrolling in”, you will choose non-credit and under “What term do you plan to attend classes,” choose the correct term dates.
  2. Once you complete the online application, you will receive a student identification number called an “empl” id. You will need your empl id in order to register for our credit courses.
  3. Call the Workforce Development Office (757.569.6050) with your empl id to register for the non-credit class(es).
  4. Tuition payment is due at time of registration. The College accepts Mastercard, VISA, money orders, checks and cash.
  5. Apply Mail/Fax/Email – Non-Credit Courses

    1. Print the PDCCC Non-credit Form.
    2. Complete the non-credit registration form.
    3. Mail, fax or email to the Workforce Development Office.
    4. If you choose to mail the application, please include a check or money order payable to PDCCC.
    5. If you choose to fax or email, please call the Workforce Development Office (757.569.6050) to confirm receipt of the application and to provide payment.

Register by Mail
Applications and registrations can be mailed to PDCCC, Attn: Workforce Development, 100 North College Drive, Franklin, VA 23581, at least five days prior to the first class meeting. Please make check or money orders payable to Paul D. Community College. Registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of application/registration and payment.

Register by Fax
Applications and registrations can be faxed to 757.569.6055 to Attn PDCCC Workforce Development at least five days prior to the first class meeting. Once you fax your form, call the Workforce Office (757.569.6050) to ensure the Workforce Office has received your application and registration.Registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of application/registration and payment.

Register by Email
Applications and registrations can be emailed to workforce@pdc.edu at least five days prior to the first class meeting. If you do not receive a confirmation that the Workforce Office has received your application via email within 48 hours, call the Workforce Office (757.569.6050). Registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of application/registration and payment.
