When you confirm receipt, you may also make your credit card payment over the phone with our Kids College registrar.
Bring your registration form & payment to the Franklin campus of Workforce Development, Mon – Fri, 8:30a – 4:30p
- Bring your registration form & payment to the Smithfield campus on Mondays from 2p – 6p ONLY!
- Email/phone Kids College registrar to make an appointment to register in Smithfield
DO NOT DELIVER FORMS OR PAYMENTS TO THE SMITHFIELD CAMPUS OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS OR APPOINTMENT TIMES. THE SMITHFIELD CAMPUS STAFF CANNOT ACCEPT KIDS COLLEGE FORMS OR PAYMENTS; ONLY KIDS COLLEGE STAFF CAN ACCEPT REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS DURING OUR STATED OFFICE HOURS OR BY APPOINTMENTS CONVENIENT TO PARENTS
Tuition payment is due at time of registration. Kids College prefers credit card payments and accepts MasterCard and VISA. Money orders, checks and cash are also accepted. Your registration isn’t considered complete until we have received full payment.
There are three ways to pay:
Pay with Credit Card over the phone (757.569.6058)
Pay in person (credit card preferred form of payment; check preferred over cash)
Mail in a check (not preferred but accepted)
Why are mailed checks not preferred?
Your registration is not complete until payment is received, and mailing a check takes longer to get to us, which will delay when your child is placed in a class. This may result in being wait listed for a class, depending on demand.
Your registration is also dependent on when our registrar receives and processes the mail on any given day. We do not always receive our mail daily so this will also impact when we receive your registration.
Your check may not be written for the correct amount if any of your child’s classes are full, as we do not charge you for wait listed classes. So, if you must send a check through the mail, please verify the amount before you write and send your check.
