Reserve LLC Study Rooms

The LLC study rooms are primarily for the use of students, but may be reserved by Staff. Library personnel have the right to override a staff member’s request.

Reserve a study room using Outlook

  • Open your Outlook calendar
  • Select New Meeting
  • Click on Rooms on the Location line
  • Select the desired study room
  • Click on Rooms at bottom of dialog box, then on OK
  • In subject area indicate use of room
  • Select date and start/end times
  • Additional information may be put in message area
  • Click Send
  • You will receive an acceptance or rejection of your request

Reserve a study room using OWA

  • Select Calendar at the top right of the OWA menu
  • Select your calendar
  • Click on New at top left
  • On the EVENT line indicate the use of the room
  • Click ADD ROOM at the end of the Location line
  • Select the desired room from the drop down menu
  • Fill in details of the request (Start date, times, etc)
  • Click on Send
  • You will receive an acceptance or rejection of your request.
