If you are a delegate for a shared mailbox, you must load the mailbox from within OWA webmail.
- Log into OWA
- Faculty and Staff
- Choose Email from the top menu
- Select your name at the top left of the screen
- Right click and choose Add Shared Folder
- Enter the email address of the shared mailbox in the open dialog box
After a few minutes, the mailbox will show in your OWA and Outlook client
