Shared Mailboxes

If you are a delegate for a shared mailbox, you must load the mailbox from within OWA webmail.

  • Log into OWA
  • Faculty and Staff
  • Choose Email from the top menu
  • Select your name at the top left of the screen
  • Right click and choose Add Shared Folder

  •  Enter the email address of the shared mailbox in the open dialog box

After a few minutes, the mailbox will show in your OWA and Outlook client
