Paul D. Camp Community College offers Career Studies Certificates in the following:

Length of the Programs:

Students can start with no formal EMS training and reach the level of EMS Intermediate in three semesters of study. The first semester is EMT, the second semester is Advanced EMT, and a portion of the second semester along with the third semester is the EMS Intermediate Program. Students can look at the Stackable Credentialing form to see how the program courses break down for each certification level.

Advanced Placement Policy:

Paul D. Camp Community College affords students the opportunity to use their previous education at other institutions or previously received Virginia Office of EMS certifications to enter into our EMS Programs. In an effort to maintain our EMS Programs legitimacy, we must follow the Advanced Placement Policy.
