ACT Authorized Job Profilers determine key skills and levels of competency required for specific jobs in your organization.
ACT’s standardized skill assessments are administered to your job applicants or employees to determine current skill levels in up to eight critical areas.

After comparing job profiles and skill levels, the Division of Workforce Development will provide training programs that can close skill gaps and create a more capable workforce.
