We’re excited to announce that we are rolling out help.pdc.edu, a new Computing Services Service portal to help you communicate with your IT team more easily.  Help.pdc is using TeamDynamix to support all faculty and staff.  TeamDynamix offers many improved services, including access to a new and enhanced Service Catalog Portal for all your IT needs. The service catalog will enable you to:

  • Submit new tickets based on the category and services
  • Update tickets in the system
  • Easily add attachments to your tickets
  • View your current and previous requests
  • Request specific services
  • Find answers to your questions via the Knowledge Base

Below is what you can expect to see when you log in to the Team Dynamix system using you’re MyCamp portal/login information:

One crucial change is all communication will occur using Team Dynamix.   Any request made will require a ticket.  This will allow us to track all requests and for you to monitor updates in one location.  That being said, once the ticket is opened, replies to the ticket via email will automatically update the ticket.  We recommend you enter the ticket in the interface for the fastest support.
