Tuition and Fees

Fall 2023 thru Summer 2024 Tuition and Fee Rate Chart

The State Board for Community Colleges has approved the following tuition and fees rates effective Fall 2023:

Total in-state tuition and fees = $162.26 per credit hour.  This includes the Virginia Community College System in-state Tuition and Fee rate of $158.61 per credit hour, and Camp’s student activity fee of $2.40 per credit hour and auxiliary fee of $1.25 per credit hour.  This tuition and fee rate applies to Virginia residents/military, contract, dual enrollment, and eRate students.  Residency is determined by the college Office of Admissions.  Some distance learning courses may not qualify for the eRate.

Total out-of-state tuition and fees = $362.36.  This includes the Virginia Community College System out-of-state Tuition and Fee rate of $335.21, and Camp’s student activity fee of $2.40 per credit hour, auxiliary fee of $1.25 per credit hour, and capital fee of $23.50 per credit hour.  Residency is determined by the college Office of Admissions. 

The college also has tuition and fee rates for out-of-state military contracts, business contracts, and eRate.  Some distance learning courses may not qualify for the eRate.
