Program Purpose:

This program is designed for students seeking employment or already employed in child care who want to increase their knowledge of young children.

  • Utilize the arts and other creative activities for young children.
  • Plan developmentally appropriate activities to stimulate logical thinking.
  • Apply techniques and methods to encourage the development of math, science and social studies.

A college-ready student attending Camp full-time can complete this career studies certificate in one semester.
