Overview
The Sports Management certificate explores the growing field of sports management focusing on sport management principles and practices. Students are exposed to business skills, oral and written communications, and critical thinking gaining an understanding of the management of the sports industry and sports facilities.
What will I learn?
Upon successful completion of the Sports Management Career Studies Certificate, students will demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of fundamental principles requisite for professional success in the sport management profession. These include, but are not limited to, management theories, law, marketing, communication, accounting practices, finance, and sport governance.
