The Crane Operator program serves to meet the growing demand for the construction industry and places students on track to quickly learn how to operate crane types such as swing cab, fix cab, and crawler mounted cranes. Within three weeks, students will learn equipment safety, basic operational techniques and standards, and receive intensive hands-on training where you will learn to master load control and prepare for the NCCCO practical exams. Students will gain the knowledge and skills needed to earn the industry-recognized credential: National Commission for the Certifications of Crane operators (NCCCO). Class includes 40 hours of instruction and 40 hours hands-on training.
